Naturopathic Doctor fees for visits are covered by most extended health insurance plans in Canada. Lab or diagnostic testing may also be covered by your insurance provider. Insured patients are encouraged to contact their employer (HR department) or insurance provider directly to determine if you have coverage. Naturopathic medicine is currently not covered by any of the provincial health plans.
Virtual Appointments
Many of our patients prefer virtual consultations due to long travel distances. Video and phone consults are available and all blood work testing and most treatments can usually be delivered through virtual appointments regardless of location. However, patients must be located in either: Ontario, Canada or an unlicensed US state (Texas, New York, Wyoming, Iowa, Oklahoma, Arizona, Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Michigan) or unlicensed country.

Missed Appointment Policy
Please inform us of any absences 24 hours prior to your appointment by calling us at (705) 487 - 7117. For any appointments missed without notification, you will be charged a "Missed Appointment Fee". In order to avoid these fees, please call us to re-schedule your missed appointments promptly.
